General contracting procedure
The contracting process may only be conducted in Spanish. If it can be conducted in another language, this will be indicated before the contracting process begins.
For the contract to purchase products from our store to be valid, the order information provided by the user must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions, which may result in the termination of the contract with Lovcolors SL.
Purchase validation
Once the purchase has been made, Lovcolors SL will immediately send the user an order confirmation by email . If the customer does not agree with the information provided in the confirmation, they may request a modification or cancellation of the order .
In any case, notification of cancellation or modification must be made within seven business days of order confirmation, via email to info@lovecolors.shop , provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website at the date of the order. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) in Spain.
However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax , the transaction may be exempt or not subject to said tax depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which he acts (businessman/professional or individual).
Consequently, in some cases the final price of the order may be different from that shown on the website.
The invoice is issued upon shipment and is accessible and downloadable from the user account. It is also sent in PDF format in the shipping confirmation email.
Validity of prices and offers
The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase while they are displayed and can be viewed through the website.

Cancelling an order
An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to info@lovecolors.shop and provide the reference number of the order you wish to cancel.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen when placing the order.

Therefore, in the event of any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the User’s domicile.
Likewise, electronic contracts between businesspeople or professionals, in the absence of an agreement between the parties, shall be presumed to have been concluded at the place where the service provider is established.
